Covey Communications Corp., publisher of nationally distributed magazines for targeted markets, recently purchased the 500-plus-page Skater’s Edge Sourcebook and is currently producing the expanded Fourth Edition, which will be available Fall 2007.

Among Covey Communications’ other titles are ConventionSouth, a leading magazine in the United States for meeting and convention planners who book events in the South; SportsEvents, the magazine for planners of all types of sporting events held throughout the United States; Condo Owner magazine (Alabama/Mississippi and Florida editions), a publication on the business of resort condo ownership mailed to the primary addresses of gulf coast condo owners; and Crossties magazine, an internationally known and distributed publication produced in conjunction with the Railway Tie Association.

Covey recently published the Soccer Fields & Facilities Directory and production is also under way on an additional publication—the Baseball/Softball Fields & Facilities Directory.

In 2006 Covey Communications Corp. also launched a trade show division by producing the Condo Owner Officers and Directors Educational Symposium. The trade show division will continue to grow by adding S.P.O.R.T.S (Sports Planners and Organizers Regional Training Seminars) to the 2007 tradeshow schedule.
